Hi there,
I was having a subscription on NIS for over 500 days. However, after I tried to 'extend' the subscription from typing in a key which has only 180 days' subscription and was a gift from my friend, the should-be 500+ days' subscription has gone, and I can't even find it back. I did reactivate with my previous key, but it reports invalid activation.
So, just be kind, please tell me if there's some ways to apply my previous key back to my NIS?
Any Concerns will be appreciated.
