I was trying to renew my Norton 360 Premiere which has 22 days left on it (21 now, I waited THREE HOURS just to get into the chat QUE) and when I finally got into an actual chat after the first 90 minutes I got cut off after we spent another hour on it. Fortunately someone else took over and got it ALMOST resolved after another 30 minutes when I got cut off AGAIN! I go back to chat and the window popped right up this time only to say no reps available due to high volume OR I am trying "after hours" - this on the site that says it's open 24/7 so how's that after hours - and they assigned a different case number and said try "self service" which of course I'd been trying all evening to no avail. They cut off my remaining 21 days and I had to pay big bucks to buy a whole new Norton because I'm sure not stupid enough to even turn the machine on without security and I'm a bit steamed because I WANT my 21 days back. Any suggestions??
