My biggest problem with Norton has always been it's public/human interface - it's like a big ignorant machine - yes, the product is good and they are getting better with support, but I'll offer money to anyone who can get a human in less than 30 minutes.
All I want to do is renew my service - I purchased a 3 license pack last year and Norton is still rated top by PC magazine so I will renew.
No matter where I go or what I click, NO WHERE ANYWHERE DOES IT TELL ME THE RENEWAL IS FOR MY 3 LICNESES. I can't get a human - their Chat machine is a joke.
You would think the most basic questions would be answered first, but not with NORTON - a big display of all the mintute features and nowhere does it mention my $109 is good for 3 PC's or one.
Does anyone know?
