Renewal - lack of transparency

I've been receiving emails asking me to update my card details in preparation for an anticipated automatic renewal. However, nowhere in the emails - or indeed anywhere on the site that I can find - is there any mention of the amount that Norton imagines it is going to extract. This is completely unacceptable, lacking transparency, and strikes me as being very sharp practice. Time to bring our relationship to an end, I think.

You can always try clicking on Renew in your 360 and start the renewal process. It will come up with the price, but you will not be charged unless you click OK, or Buy, or whatever button completes the transaction.

Thanks for replying, Peter. I've been receiving prompts to update my card details for a few weeks and am now within 30 days of my subscription expiring. However, none of the emails give any indication of the cost of renewal and I can't find this information anywhere. I am reluctant to update my card details without knowing the cost as this would seem to be akin to writing a blank cheque.

You should receive an email 30 - 45 days before you subscription expires that gives you the renewal information. You might want to check your spam folder if you do not see anything around that time.
