Hi there I have an iMac and when we got it I bought Norton security for it. When the renewal messages for subscription came up a couple of weeks ago I purchased an online renewal, but the messages about needing to do this still keep coming up and the subscription expiration date is still showing as 13 March despite purchase and installation of an update, can anyone help as I am sure that you can tell from my message I have no technical skills at all!! thanks Jude from the UK
