Hi there community,
My subscription ran out today(11-27) ,meaning all features shut down.So I renewed.
I paid(Ideal) and have since been waiting for the confirmation mail with the activation key.
The ''subscription renewal'' screen had been connected for ages,but never confirmed.
Had to go out of the house,left the computer on,but ''the wife'' shut it down.Was this the problem?
I have the mail from the bank,saying i paid.The mail from the norton store confirming the order.
The order doesn't show up in my order history on my norton account page.
Any help or tips appreciated.
