For the past 3 years I've been purchasing the newer version of NIS instead of renewing my subscription. This has worked well in the past. I get all the latest in terms of features as well as another year of coverage. This year, as I attempted to upgrade from NIS 2009 to NIS 2010, there were several problems. The major issue is that, somehow, my subscription was not extended 12 months during the process, as it has on the last 2 versions. The new version seems to have latched onto my old product key and never asked for the new one. I've tried de-install/re-install several times to no avail. Every time I do this, it still shows just 9 days remaining before the subscription expires. When I did this in 2008 and 2009, 365 days were added to the previous total.
Any ideas on how to fix this?? Any thoughts or ideas are greatly appreciated.
