Last March I had to renew my subscription with the help of a Norton Tech named XXXX. Case #XXXXXXXXX. He did not give me a renewal code. I just pruchased a new computer and when I tried to download Anti Virus my account said I expired. I went to the computer where my renewal was installed and was working properly showing a renewal date in March 2012. I followed the advice of "Nathan" and now the my service has expired on that computer as well. I need to have someone help me fix this
Norton customer support is the most frustrating "non-service" I have ever experienced. This is rediculous.
