I have a 5 user license for my work computers that renews in June. However, I have one computer that has recently begun having pop up notifications that the subscription is about to expire and needs renewed. It is only this one computer what could be causing this and how do I fix it before the subscription supposedly ends and the computer has no protection?

Are the system clock and date on your computer correct? If this is the case, please open NIS, go to "Help & Support" and click on "Subscription Status"; this will synchronise Norton with the Norton servers. If this still doesn't work, please contact Symantec Customer Service at the link below (for US and Canada); you can chat with them for free:

Please check and see if the computer time and date are correct and see if there are any errors associated with time.
Please also click on Help & Support and Subscriptioin Status with that one computer. That should sinchronize it. Please also remember that the countdown begins when the product was installed on the first computer out of the 5.
