I have Norton 360 Deluxe (5 comps) and my subscription is expiring in 6 days. I'm offered to renew for 34.99 for 1 year but when I click Renew Now, the price jumps to 104.99. How do I get the the discounted price?

Yes I did but I still see 104.99 with no more options for the discounted price. I will contact Norton Support. Thank you!
Out of curiosity, have you clicked on Renew Now from the $104.99 page to see if there is a discount shown when you get to the cart?
Others that have reported this issue have had to contact Norton Support to have them process the renewal at the offered discount price. www.norton.com/contactcs If using the chat option, as soon as you get to type in any information type " Agent please" to get out of the chat bot and connected to a human.
This year it’s 34,99, next year 104,99, that’s the automatic renewal price.
Thank s for the reply. I understand that part but I'm being offered to pay 34.99 for the next year but when I click 'Renew Now', the price is no longer 34.99 but 104.99. Is this some kind of scam? Will someone here tell me; Oh, you have to read the small prints 'somewhere' and 34.99 is for the basic protection only or something like that. See attached screenshots.
Thats the renewal price for next year, during this year you can still decide if you would like to keep this price with Automatic Renewal. or you can turn it off and make your decision again next year.
