When I click on Renewal Offer for another year
Another page opens for Norton purchase store, but the page is white
What needs to be done so that the store page opens properly for me?

Try clearing the browser cache to see if that yelps.
Have you turned off any VPN and ad blocking browser extensions?

The web browser is just blank when I try to renew. I'm having the same issue on my Windows PC using Chrome, Firefox and Edge. I even tried it on my iPad and Macbook. Same issue!
I tried it already turned off everything does not help still get a white page when entering to renew a license for a year
Be sure you do not have any ad blocker or VPN active for the Norton pages. Turn them off and then refresh the page.
