Have received a renewal notice (fine). But when I select 'Buy' Norton automatically adds 'Online Backup 5GB $6.99' to the cart, without telling me why I need it or how to delete it (clicking the delete OB icon deletes the whole purchase order!) Some help is urgently needed.
