First post, but years of using 360...however i'm wondering why it suddenly costs £10 more to renew on-line than offers of £10 discount by norton at other sites?
....and worse i can buy the 360 authorised disc at a shop in london for £10 less and just start again?
it may be only £10 to some, but remember just how many subscriptions we pay for these days in a year...
as a years long loyal user of the product i find norton's 'thinking' i can just be over charged without consideration a high 'are you kidding me moment'
add to this ....i sent a reply message when i stopped auto renewal a few weeks back........but never had the courtesy of a reply ?
...i have 12 days, left to see if having to come to a community board to complain will reap an explanation, so i can make a considered choice
at least the constant auto pop up renew now notices have stopped
my expectations aren't high.... i've just searched and find other threads commenting on this back to 2009, that have been locked and not resolved ?
it seems the only way to get large corporations to respond these days is to come onto public forums and air the problem
