Renewal page is blank

I'm trying to renew my N360 DeLuxe (it ends at 12/31), but when I click on the renewal buton on my account (or from the N360 GUI), it opens a blank page. I tried on Win7 and Win10, on Firefox, Chrome and Edge, nothing changes. Do I need to renew by buying a new license with the same account specs I already have?

Thanks

I've seen this problem take place when Dragon Web Extension is installed, it's an extension that you install to enable commands that allow you to click web page objects, like buttons and links, by voice. Full Text Control in most web page fields and in web applications.

Do you have anything like this installed?

Disabled all cookie/tracking block in browser, disabled ADBlock, modified my payment information, nothing changes, renewal page is always blank, bah....

So I'm not the only one...

blank page is not just you....sometimes allowing all Norton pages content helps...sometimes not.  Sorry.

Finally I managed to renew: I used the link in email from Norton ( https://secure.norton.com/pub/......) instead of the link https://buy.norton.com/rd/renewal/..... opened by the "renew" button in Norton account, then I guess the buy.norton.com page is actually bugged or dead....
Thanks for your help

Thanks

 instead of the link https://buy.norton.com/rd/renewal/.....

https://buy.norton.com/rd/renewal/ calls https://buy.norton.com/estore/checkOut my side

Note: new license starts new subscription term...remaining days will not add to new term.  You'll need to request support add remaining days...new license from reputable vendor may be better $.

Note: new license thru Norton direct...subscription term starts with purchase

Please post progress

Ok sorry, I'm going to try by disabling ADBlock and other options that can block Norton pages..

Thanks for the tip.

My license is from Norton, and automatic renewal is disabled

Maybe, add payment information and try again.

fwiw ~ head scratch
Do you have automatic renewal service enabled?
Your Norton 360 Deluxe is from Norton direct or from 3rd party?

I tried by buying  a new license, same behaviour: if I insert my email anc clink on continue, it opens a blank page, while with new wmail/password, it opens the page for the payment, address, etc.

Then the problem occurs with the renewal process only: are there any known issues? Why can't I renew my subscription?

fwiw ~ blank page (for me) usually means Norton pages content is blocked.
I've reproduced blank page by blocking Norton pages content.
