Renewal problem and camera USB no longer recognized

I had the automatic renewal turned on and they took the renewel fee on 8/29 ...  For the past few weeks I've been getting messages saying that my subscription was about to expire..  It expired to day and now Norton is not working...  but the money did leave the account on 8/29...  It looks like I have some conflicting information in my database somewhere..  One set says that I'm expired while the other set says I just paid...  but the bottom line is Norton is now turned off but I did pay...

 

Where do I go from here?

 

When I get this resolved I actually do have a real problem in that my camera is no longer recognized by my computer ever since I did the update back around 8/29...  I looked around on the internet and found a few threads about this problem but not many...
