I have recently been offered a renewal of my Norton product for £59,99, when Norton are offering the same product for £39.99 on the internet, so much for customer loyalty. I complained to Norton they seem to think that Norton customers on auto renewal are more than happy to pay the extra £20, well not me, i complained and was given a discount for being a LOYAL customer so i was quoted £39.99, but Norton took £59.99 from my account., i have been complaining for over 3 days waiting for an agent to phone me still waiting , so Norton must be happy with there agents lying and stealing from customers, strong words i know but there's no other way to describe whats happened to me,LOYAL CUSTOMERS BEWARE RENEWAL COSTS
