This is maddening. I have an active subscription to Norton 360 Premium that expires in about 3 weeks. I turned off the Auto-Renew option because I do not want to auto-renew at the $139 price (which is absolutely ridiculous when I can buy the product from Amazon for $24). But I want to contact Norton to see if they will work with me on the price. They have offered to sell it to me for about $50 but I think they can do better.
I log into my account to see if there is a way to contact Norton. There is a “Contact” link, but you have to hunt for it. Norton does not make it easy for the customer to contact them. So I log into my account and I find that I cannot contact Norton because, as the message says, I do not have any “active subscriptions”. This is total nonsense and terrible customer service and support.
What to do next?
