Although you have cancelled the autorenewal online would you please take a moment and contact the Norton OnLine Support Team via theCHAT route as below and make sure they agree it is cancelled in the system.
We have a very angry user who reports that he cancelled his autorenewal online and his bank account still got charged -- he will get a refund but it will take some time I'm sure.

BTW I don't knowwhere you are seeing $69 but on the Norton Web Site for renewals it is $49 andas suggested you may be able to find much better prices in retails stores after discounts and rebates or from reputable online sources and just use the key to reactivate your installation. If you do this then wait until a few days before expiry since using a new key is equivalent to a new installation and restarts the clock with 366 days -- an online renewal adds the old and new days.
