I have been with Norton for a very long time more than 10 years .'I purchased for up to five devices at one time, now i am down to three. But this is not the issue i think it is wrong to give access or free trial to a product with no way of cancelling it without cancelling your subscription . with all due respect the amount of times i have cancelled to renew under a better rate of price is painful. What is wrong with offering long term customers a discount price and im sure plenty here would agree. With the times and financial climate a lot of companies are finding people are not using a lot of things...
Iam one to say i have vpn and with google it does not seem to work...the pick up your location with your searches ...
i am here because the price has gone from 99.00 to 189.00 and i am not wanting to pay that amount of money for home use ..
any thoughts or suggestions here?(aside for finding another provider or simply unsubscribing)
