Hi My subscription runs out in 13days. I Clicked on renew at the bottom of the window after i open NIS2011, you can click on express renewal or enter product key at first i entered the product key and then cancelled auto renewal, then reenter my correct billing info but don’t see where you renew your subscrition i get buy a product key i dont need to buy a product key i just want to renew my current product key so went back to the page where it says Express Renew or enter product key, I Clicked on Express Renew then took me to another page saying Thank you for renewing your subscription But it still tells me i have 13 days left. So i don’t get it, did i renew or not, i clicked on live update to see if that would change my subscription to a full yr but has not of yet and did this over 4hrs ago… Help thanks!
