Do you see the same thing in your Norton account too? I have never faced such an issue before. You should try to contact Norton via Norton support chat. Those renewals are reflected immediately.
@Pete34243 May I recommend a removal of your Norton product using the article below? Download and run the MAC remover in the link provided. Follow directions and prompts, reboot your machine when done. Next, reinstall your Norton product from within your Norton account again. Please let us know your progress.
