Hello Forum users,
I have Norton Safety minder but I'm not yet enjoying its benefits. Every time I start my computer the program wants me to fill in my email adress and password. Than, next window, it asks me to assign a computer to Norton and it has to be a different one each time or it doesn't accept. In the end it says: you have succesfully installated Norton Safety Minder. But it was already installated! Like I install it every day anew. If I don't do this the paw (?) picture on the right corner has a red cross in it.... and it doesn't seem to work....
What went wrong?
