I renewed my annual subscription for 3 devices with you this morning. Previously i had my pc protected [Removed] plus my lap top [Removed]. I successfully down loaded protection to my pc and my mobile phone but when I went to add my third device, my laptop, it said I had no remaining licence for this device. I think I may have down loaded onto my pc twice in error, please advise. I would gratefully appreciate a phone call to my mobile [Removed] as soon as possible
