Renewed norton 360 but received no email

i have just renewed my norton 360, i went through all the steps,paid for it,no problems.

After i had paid for it,it said thank you for renewing you will recieve and email shortly,but it had a error code inderneath it,i have stupidly closed the window now so i cannot tell you what the error number was.

i have an order number but when i type it in to track my order it says it cannot find it and please try again.

i have not recieved any emails as of yet either.

can anyone help me please,husband will not be too pleased if i have wasted £55 !!

i do have a norton account but no avail on there. 

i looked on the help pages on the symantec website and found live chat,i spoke to an advisor on there and they said my order was still processing and would take 2-3 days for it to go through,they also gave me 30 days free for my troubles!!

It's a Symantec UK problem ..... <g>

 

I'd be upset too since that is roughly $100 at recent exchange rates.

 

PS I'm just back from 3+ weeks over there and the only way to stay sane is to pretend that £1 is actually $1, and not the $1.7 - $2 of the exchange rates. Interestingly enough if you look at prices for software and hardware that £399 laptop is $399 over here and I bet that applies to Norton software too.

Do you have a Norton Account? If so, log into it and see if you can retrieve the details from there.

 

If not, I suggest you contact online support through your N360 program, they should be able to help you if you provide them with all the details.
