Hey Everyone,
I'm new to these forums so pardon my ignorance.
The basic rundown of my situation is, I renewed my subscription no problem. I'm running NIS 2009 on a brand new HP Dv600t (Windows 7). However, I would like to upgrade to NIS 2010. I did this last year and it was free. I did some searching and came across the autodetextpkg.exe program that I guess scans your computer and checks if you need an upgrade. Well I ran it, it said it was searching for my compatible products, but nothing after.
Is there anyway to upgrade without the autodetectpkg.exe?
I would appreciate any help you all can provide.
Thanks so much!
Edit: After searching about 20 seconds I found the answer to my problem. Apologies!
