Hi.
I've just renewed Norton Internet Security Deluxe for another year. I typed in the 25 digit code after signing in. After that the Payment Screen Popped up for yearly renewal. (Which I Don't do btw). I typed in all my details and pressed the button to continue. (Can't remember what is actually said, anyway it was next to the cancel button).
Thinking that would be it, I got a message under my Post Code in a Red Box stating that Zip Codes have 5 or 9 digits. 
I am in the U.K. My Post Code has 6 digits (And it is not called a Zip Code). The country specified in the Select Country Box was United Kingdom and the Box where you type in your Post Code actually said Post Code over it. I thought ..... OH! What am I supposed to do now. 
So, I just pressed cancel thinking this might cancel the whole renewal process, thankfully it didn't. I am now protected for another Year. This is just a heads up guys if anyone is having the same trouble.
