Renewing from 3 PC to single PC licenses - some questions

I bought a 3 PC 1 year NIS license almost a year ago, which me, my brother and my father use on separate PCs. Unfortunately, this year the 3 PC license was unavailable at my favourite online shop, so I bought the 5 PC 1 year pack instead. It arrived yesterday and has me a bit confused, because instead of having a single key which will work for 5 PCs, it has 5 separate keys, each valid for 1 PC for 1 year.

Firstly, the procedure to extend my subscription is simply to click on renewal and then select 'I have a key', correct? Just want to be sure.

The 3 PC key from last year was linked to my Norton account, but how do I manage the 5 separate keys? Do I simply add the different keys to my account and use them on different PCs or do I have to create a separate account for my father and brother? The pack says 'System Builder' edition if it helps.

Third, do I have to uninstall/reinstall NIS 2013 or is my PC already running the latest version -it says updated, but I don't know if it is NIS 2012 or NIS 2013.

Also, I am glad to see that Norton is now open to pricing in my currency, and the price is close to what is being offered elsewhere. Perhaps next year, I will directly use this instead of an online shop.
