Renewing Norton Security for mobil

I have purchased a 5 device NS package and am trying to update the key on my Android devices.  I cannot seem to do it at my on-line account (it keeps asking for my credit card, not my key) and on the Android device itself, when I tap "Renew Now" it chugs and comes back to the same "Renew Now" request.

How do I add my newly purchased key to Android devices for Norton Mobile?

On your Android devices, instead of tapping renew, tap on Sign in. This will connect to your Norton Account and activate the full version of NMS on your device.
