I have just renewed my subscription by buying another NIS disc for the Product Key
I had nearly a month left from previous subscription but had the renew warning displaying.
I entered the new key which was accepted, but it only gave another 365days. It did not add on
the outstanding days from my previouse NIS.
So in effect Norton have not allowed me my full subscription from last year.
Is this normal ?
