Renewing with a product key and autorenewal question

I already have Norton 360, 5 users. I’m less than 23 days out and getting the constant reminders.

Is it still possible to add a key to my current subscription and remove the auto-renew from my account after adding the key? I am not seeing a place to add a new key on my Subscription page.

At this time, I do not have an up to date credit card linked to my subscription, will I be able to keep it that way?

The new product key is not added to your subscription page online.

You enroll the new key to create a new subscription and then add that new product key to each individual piece of existing software on each device to create a license for that device.

You will need to add a new credit card with up to date info when you enroll. After all is complete go back and stop auto renew and then remove your credit card info.

If you purchased a product from a retail store or a third-party affiliated website, you need to create a Norton account or add the purchased product to your existing account. For detailed steps, read Download your Norton product purchased from a retail store.

Users may contact support - request new key term added to current key term…after key is registered with your Norton account…to avoid losing remaining days.
Note: new key starts new term.

Norton does not automatically merge new retail keys with existing subscriptions; instead, it treats them as two separate licenses.

Norton typically treats new retail keys as separate licenses rather than automatic extensions.
To consolidate them and avoid losing your remaining time.

Request a Subscription Merge:** **Contact Norton Support.
A support agent can manually add the days from your new retail/third-party key to your existing subscription term.
This is the way to “bridge” the two without losing the days you’ve already paid for.

Use the “agent” shortcut: When using Norton Chat, type “agent” repeatedly into the chat box to bypass the automated bot and connect with a human representative.

Disable Auto-Renewal:** **Ensure you cancel the automatic renewal on your original subscription to prevent Norton from charging your card for another full year while you have this new Amazon license.

Note: retail/third-party subscription time likely started counting down the day you bought or activated it.

Users may contact Norton Support and request a subscription merge - new key term added to current key term. That way there is no change to the product key and all devices activated with that key should just continue to work until the new expiry date.

Thanks for your help. I have a couple more questions:

I have an expired credit card number on file, they have been reminding me it’s expired, I do not recall if they have in the past, it’s been expired for a few years.

Will I be forced to update that card this time?

If I have to update, I might as well consider the deal they’ve been offering, it’s basically the same as Amazon price but with 1 or 2 year subscription.

If I bought directly from them, I’m assuming it would automatically add to current subscription but my question is, do you know if I’d still be able to cancel the automatic renew?

Thanks again bjm, I really appreciate your time helping me.

payment method may be required
Users may always cancel “automatic renewal” & delete their “payment profile”

Users may always cancel “automatic renewal” & delete their “payment profile”

Norton Community users urge users that do not want automatic renewal to Unsubscribe and Delete their billing profile ~65+ days ahead…far enough ahead to avoid being billed.
