My Norton Aantivirus software flagged up 2 infected files (Trojan.Gen.2) from a spam email that I received. When I tried to repair the files, this failed and the software is recommending that I delete the files. The problem is that the files in question are my mail ‘in-box’ (which I presume contains all my email messages) and my ‘trash’.
The path to the files from my activity log reads:
/users/myname/Library/Thunderbird/Profiles/yayqty3k.default/mail/myboxnumber.myhostname.com/Inbox
/users/myname/Library/Thunderbird/Profiles/yayqty3k.default/mail/myboxnumber.myhostname.com.Trash
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
