Two issues:
1. From the home page for Norton Family; I click the button to log in. I enter all the info and then the screen says it is logging me in; but the home page appears again!
2. After logging in for a second time, I then get a screen which says "Sorry, An error has occurred on the server. Please, try your request again later."
The double log-in issues has been there since I started my trial in September; and continues even now after I have bought the products!
The second issue was there last night and again this morning.
