i have been running an old on-line game for the last 15 years on and off and until; now, after telling Norton that I want to use it, Norton has allowed me to run this without hindrance. Lately however, Norton has decided to delete it!! :O I have recovered it and told Norton that it is ok and that I am happy to use it; Norton lets me do so, then a few minutes later Norton goes on to decide that it is a bad game and deletes it anyway even after I have confirmed that it is safe!!
This is driving me crazy. I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled it. Norton lets me play for a while then decides I have had enough fun for one day and deletes it again!!!!
Please can someone tell me what I have to do to get Norton to accept what I have told it and to let me resume using my 15 year old game without hindrance - I am getting frustrated enough now to be considering deleting Norton and closing my account!
