Repetiive Alerts which are invalid

I signed up for Lifelock several years ago.   I now access Norton Lifelock.   I keep receiving an alert  from Norton Lifelock that is the result of lifelock misinterpreting my bank charges.   I have tried without success to work with their support to stop the alert so I guess I am just stuck with ignoring these alerts.  I have spent hours on the phone with Norton Lifelock support but my complaint is ignored.
