Well, big misshap and lost entire hard drive. Tech couldnt get ANYTHING off of it. We had just renewed our norton internet security and have the email showing the product serial number but we are not sure what to do now. The product serial number is to renew subscription and it don’t seem to work since norton is not installed. Any help? Thanks
