How does one report blatant abuse of the Norton technician abusing a remote control session and keeps moving the mouse so that I cannot terminate the remote session, when he's doing things I don't want him to do. In particular, Donnie Ray II Regidor.

I have not needed to have a Norton Tech remote into my system. But if I did, I would be glad that they were going to do some backup, or create a restore point before they started changing anything. That way, if what they did messed things up, you have the restore point to go back to.
Even if you had trouble controlling the mouse to disconnect, you also had the option to press the Pause/Break key on your keyboard. From your transcript "To revoke, click the red X on the toolbar or press Pause/Break on the keyboard."
