Reputation scan cannot connect to symantec server

I just updated to NIS2011 AND i cannot do a reputation scan because I cannot connect to the server on my two computers.I know my connection is working fine otherwise.Any help will be appreciated.

I'm Now Having the same problem (Reputation scan cannot connect to Symantec server)

 

I'm hoping it the Symantec server because I know it's not my internet connection or I would not be able to login here and post

robpitts21, the servers were down around the time you posted your message. They should be up and working now. Is it working for you?
