Reputation Scan Issues...?

Hey, everyone. I’m running NIS 2012 on two of my Windows Vista desktop computers, and have been having issues with my Full Reputation Scans. Sometimes, the Quick Reputation Scan works flawlessly, other times it doesn’t–but I can never seem to complete a Full Reputation Scan. It’ll go for about 50%, then I get this message about a connection warning. I try to run it again, but get this automatically: “Reputation Scan cannot collect the necessary data because it cannot connect to the Symantec server. Please ensure your computer is connected to the Internet and try again.” Thing is, Liveupdate and the Internet are working just fine on my end, so I’m just wondering if it’s Norton. I know they’re having issues with those Trojans, but I just want to make sure I’m not alone with this! I replied to another post about it, but no one else responsed. I figure since it’s happening on two computers rather than just one! that it’s a problem on their end, and not mine! Thanks in advance, Gina
