Request for a Refund (Charged Automatically)

I have been charged automatically for a fee of $97.40.  The Norton that I think I can remember did not really work. I remember the norton product keeps on telling the computer where I installed that it is not protected.  So I gave up on that and I let it be.  I did not know that I'll be charged for another year for something that is not working.  For the past year, I actually paid for that service.  The renewal seems April 29, it is now April 26 but I have been trying to cancel this a few days back and request for refund but I was getting the COVID-19 message if I go to chat, refund and I also called the customer service.  Today, at least I was able to cancel the auto renewal but my card has already been charged with a fee.

You have to contact Norton Support to deal with subscription and payment/refund issues. No on in these forums can help with these issues.     www.norton.com/contactcs    Just be aware that the wait times are longer than usual due to the reduced staff during the Covid pandemic.
