All: I flagged the OP’s other post asking for an admin to remove the “support reference number 18087815140” text from the post as it is PIA ( Personal Identifiable Information ). Visitors here can possibly use that information for unintended purposes. I will also flag this thread again for that reason. Just an heads up to the OP about posting info that shouldn’t be posted. Conversely there is a boiler plate in each new original posting warning about not posting that kind of information but most times it is ignored. I’m just looking out for the best interest of the poster.
