Requesting refund for two Norton licenses?

Who do I need to contact regarding this?

One copy I just bought tonight to help my grandmother out, who had contracted the AV360 trojan shortly after her previous subscription ended yesterday.  After installing NIS2009 and cleaning the system out, a full scan said nothing was on there.

However, another tool found five other trojans onboard the system (I verified the files were trojans by looking them up in several security forums including this one).  That tool is not even done scanning the system, so there may be more yet to be found.

Most of these trojans were first released in 2006 or 2007, and were probably updated over time.  But the fact is that after digging around all of the trojans NIS2009 failed to detect have not had their "engines" updated for at least a few months.

The last time I was on this forum was when NIS2009 did not even work with Vista SP1, and I tried to help my best.  But considering the way the administrators handled the closing of that thread, and given my latest incident with NIS2009 today on an XP SP3 system and some old trojans...

I just want a refund and be done with this product.  One product I purchased today with my CC, the other I purchased with a Best Buy CC a month ago and have not yet activated.

EDIT: Make that six trojans not detected by NIS2009.  I saved a sample of the TR/Dropper.Gen trojan that was just detected by that other tool.

EDIT2: Make that seven trojan/viruses
