Requiring Vault Password Not Working on Managed Windows Device

I have added Norton 360 protection on a second Windows device. I want to customize the required use of the Vault Password to access logins and other Vault data.  I use the Chrome extension.

On my primary Windows device, I can customize the access. Not on the secondary Windows computer. Both computers' OS is WIN 11 Version 23H2. I have Norton 360 Premium.

On the secondary computer, once I log into the Norton Chrome extension, all Logins, Notes, etc are accessible without re-entering the Vault Password. Each item in the Vault is accessible.

When I attempt to change the settings on a Vault item, I see the following : "Vault password required, Always require your vault password before filling or accessing this login."

However, that is not true, the Vault password is not required to use or access Vault data. In addition, I have not observed a way to change this setting for any Login, Note, Address, etc.

Thank you

Bill

Hello @wjosephson

with Vault settings?
with Logins settings

~ on W10 + Chrome.  I see =>

I was able to require Vault Password on vault data by logging into the account through the Norton website so I have a workaround.

The question remains why, on the secondary computer, does the Chrome Extension for the Vault not provide for requiring Vault Password for access. This may simply be a display setting on the second computer. I see the same message on both computers, "Vault password required, Always ...", but the scroll bar to turn on is not displayed on the second computer.
