Rescue disk and Create disk image ISO fail for some reason

When I try to create USB rescue disk to scan my computer, I get the error message “We couldn’t create your Rescue Disk” and “An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later.“

This happens after a few seconds of waiting when the software starts creating the rescue USB disk on my 32 GB USB stick.

When I try to create ISO disk image, I get the exact same error message after a few moments of waiting.

What is wrong and how to fix the issue?

Try another USB device.

The other methods didn’t.
