Reset number of available keys for Norton Anti Virus

Hi,

 

Computer crashed with hardware failure  and I was unable to uninstall AntiVirus - At this point I had used 2 of my licenses.

I installed AV on another computer using the 3rd and final license. This computer was not up to par for the software I use, so I uninstalled AV and went and bought a new computer. I checked the number of licenses and it said all 3 had been used. The computer I bought had a 60 day license of AV already installed, and for the heck of it I subscribed using my existing key and it allowed me to do this. So I am a little confused at this time. I have AV installed on 2 computers and I still should have 1 license key left.

 

Can someone help?

Bob - Welcome to the Community and it sounds like your problem should be pretty easy to fix.  If you are in the U.S. or Canada, you can use this link to contact the On-Line Chat Support and let them know what has happened.  As long as you still have a valid three user license, they should be able to fix your account.  Usually this only takes one contact.  Please come back and let us know how things work out.
