Reset passcode does not work

Hi! I'm testing the Norton App Lock App because we want to use it on our school phones.

I know my passcode, but wanted to test the "Forgot passcode" function and it is not working for me.

After entering my google password it says "Incorrect password".
I tried it several times. The password is definitely correct.

What can i do? Thanks a lot!

There have been other reports of this happening for some time now. I'll escalate this thread to bring this issue to the attention of the appropriate team.
