Was using Trial Norton Internet Security 2011 for Vista SP2, Dell Insperion 64bit, Firefox 4.0.1. Hard drive locked up about 2 weeks into trial period, couldn't get passed bios passwords on hard drive, replaced hard drive & now trying to find out how to get to the online back up feature as I believe I used that function. I am within my 90 day trial period.
How do I accomplish this?
Is Norton the appropriate virus/security/firewall for the above laptop?
