Why are the files in all lowercase when restored from quarantine even though quarantined files are mixed case? Also why is the date/time stamp set the current date of the restore instead of the original file date before it was quarantined? I have been experiencing false positives with the Vulkan Uninstaller that ships with the latest NVIDIA driver update. The filename that got quarantined was UninstallVulkanRT.exe and when it was restored it's named as uninstallvulkanrt.exe but with todays time/date stamp instead of the original file time/date stamp.
