Hi,
Two Dell Lat E6400, identical systems running Vista Ultimate. Hard drive went bad on one, got new hard drive (identical to old).
Ran backup on good system (created .v2i and .sv2i files).
Created SRD and copited two above files to Iomega external drive.
On bad system, booted to SRD (worked perfect), selected restore, browsed to external drive and selected restore file, no errors, exited program and shut down.
No on restart, right after a few dos notes, system hangs with cursor flashing (typically this is where the Vista banner should come up.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
