Hi intuitions,
If you're sure there are no threats from these files, try the following:
To restore an item from quarantine
1. Start Norton.
If you see the My Norton window, next to Device Security, click Open.
2. In the Norton main window, double-click Security, and then click History.
3. In Security History window, in the Show drop-down list, select the Quarantine category.
4. Select the file/folder you want to manage.
5. In the Details pane, click Options.
6. In the Threat Detected window, choose the following options:
Restore & Exclude this file: Returns the item to its original location without repairing it and excludes the item from being detected in the future scans. This option is available for the detected viral and non-viral threats.
If the above does not stop the quarantining of the files/folders, you can try the following:
1. Start Norton (see above)
2. Click on "Settings"
3. Antivirus
4. Scans and Risks
5. Scroll down to Exclusions / Low Risks
6. Set Low risk to: Ask Me
7. Items to Exclude from Scans: click configure and add the folder/files that are getting quarantined.
