Issue abstract: restoring from a mapped network drive
Detailed description: I have been backing up my computer with Norton for years. My computer crashed and I would like to restore selected files from the Norton backup. I go to the Cloud Backup / Local Backups in Norton 360, but cannot direct the app to my remote backup files. I have disabled firewall & virus settings.
